To say it’s been a BUSY year would be an understatement! But it’s all good news and good things are happening… read on for details!
First and most exciting, my newest book on virtual training is well underway and slated to be released in 2016. It’s chock-full of useful tools, templates, and resources for all your virtual training initiatives! I’ll be sharing more details about it in the coming months, and asking for your input and feedback on a few key items. I can’t wait to tell you more – stay tuned to my twitter feed for the most current info (@cindyhugg) or keep an eye on this site.
Second, I’ve got a new YouTube video recording of a session I did earlier this year on “Ready to Use Activities for Virtual Training.” It was an interactive session with lots of audience participation, I hope you enjoy it! And, if you try out any of the activities in your own classes, let me know how they go by sending me a tweet (@cindyhugg) or commenting below!
Third, it’s been a joy and privilege to work with a number of new clients this year… getting trainers up-to-speed on virtual training technologies and partnering with organizations who want to ensure virtual classroom success. My favorite recent message came from a new virtual trainer who simply said “Thank you for showing me how to make a technical webinar more effective.” That’s my mission – to help organizations be more effective in virtual training – so this message made my day!
Finally, I’ve just updated my Speaking page with new engagements listed for the remainder of this year and into 2016. I’ll be at the Day of Learning in Charlotte NC in December, and then at TechKnowledge in January, Training 2016 in February, Learning Solutions in March, and the ATD International Conference in May. Let me know if you’ll be in attendance at any of them – would love to see you there!
